We do both thru-hole and surface-mount printed circuit boards. Our equipment includes two Hollis wave solders for soldering thru-hole boards and two Vitronics 7-zone IR ovens for reflowing surface-mount components.
For the placement of surface-mount components, we have two production lines. The first consists of three Zevatech automatic pick and place machines (460, 560, &570L) and one of the Vitronics IR ovens. This line is very flexible and we are able to handle low volume/high mix style boards on it.
The other surface-mount line is a fully automated Quad/Universal surface-mount line with in-line component placement, reflow, and inspection. This line is used primarily for high volume boards.
For surface mount components, we can accurately place components with lead spacing of down to 15 mil and have a capacity of 16,000 components per hour. We can build from kits or provide turnkey assemblies.
